Return Policy

1. Returns

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Note: For hygiene reasons, bottles that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned.

2. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 days.

3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@sutravedic.fr with photos of the product.
